Do Won Chang (Hangul: 장도원; born March 20, 1954) is a Korean-born American businessman. He founded the clothing store chain Forever 21 with his wife Jin Sook Chang.
1984–2017: founding and expansion Originally known as Fashion 21, [9] the store was founded in Los Angeles on April 16, 1984, by Do Won Chang and Jin Sook Chang, married immigrants from South Korea.
