The staff demanded from me to clean up the car upon returning, what was surprising, but ok, not a huge deal, I paid a visit at self service car wash before returning the car (was not extremely dirty, just standard road dust)

I met Ollie and Jack at the Enterprise desk at Newquay Cornwall Airport. They have been the most friendliest staff I have come across at any car rental service. They not only assisted me in getting the car on-time but also suggested me places to visit on my staycation. Really appreciate the customer service and friendliness. Cheers to Ollie and Jack!

Booking was effortless and no hidden prices

Took the car only for half a day and driven only for 65 miles as per the invoice but the Fuel charges is 42 pounds. Invoice also mentioned that Fuel was full tank but it was not the case. for 65 miles you expect fuel to be reduced to half? Also, what is exs charges? I have collected the car at 12 in the noon and returned at 5.15 PM, invoice shows 23.08 PM. Understanding the bill is very difficult. Total shows 90.50 but amount due is 139.50. How is it calculated? Additionally i have paid 54 pounds to Qeeq while booking the car. So for nearly 5 hrs of renting a car cost me 194 pounds?

The 7-seat Toyota Alphard was shockingly old with more than 113280km on the odometer. It didn’t even have cruise control. I had never ever rented a car this old. The windshield got hit by a small stone on the highway causing a big crack, I was charged 13000 Japanese Yen for the windshield damage.

The lady at check in wss very freindlyI was offered a car that I had not choosen of a lesser value. The girl behind the counter was a little off when we challenge it. However the gentleman who took us to choose the car was a nice gentleman the car we choosen was not available so took a Volvo but he did allow me to sit in the cars to check the seats.

No issue with booking

The vehicle we had, the Toyota Corolla, was superb, fuel-efficient, comfortable, safe, and ideal for our visit to Perth. Had all the bells and whistles and Android Auto worked perfectly. We were in and out within 10 minutes to collect and drop off the car and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only one minor thing was the cleanliness of the windscreen - could have been better.

The QEEQ booking platform was simple and logical to use and the Price Drop Protector worked perfectly. Great system communication kept us informed of the booking at all stages.

The pickup address provided by QEEQ was incorrect

Waited an hour and 45 minutes at check in, and then waited 45 minutes for a car. And I didn't get the car class that I asked for. I specifically asked for a compact and they gave me an SUV. Horrific experience.

Service was ok. Returned on weekend so self service drop off.

Staff at the counter was trying really hard to make me pay for the mandatory insurance coverage (25 dollars a day!), even if I showed that it was already included in the reservation. After a really long discussion a Manager arrived and in 10 seconds confirmed that it was already included...

The Yaris is underpowered for hill climbing.

Price drop protector is not effective for this booking.

低価格ですが、十分しっかりした車でした。 パックモニターの明るさが低めでしたが、車の年数から仕方ないでしょう。 ハイブリッドなので、ガソリン節約できました。

利用しなかったけれど、日本語サポートがあるという安心感がありました。

Very helpful and friendly counter staff. The drop off was before business hours and finding a way out of the garage was a challenge.

Long wait time at Milano Centrale desk with only one staff member at a busy time. Had to leave and come back as didn't accept debit card or Amex credit card. Vehicle was no longer available by the time I returned and had to wait for several hours for another vehicle to return. Required €1,800 deposit for vehicle, which Qeeq didn't communicate clearly on booking emails. As I didn't have this amount available on my card I was forced to buy extra insurance from Noleggiare that I didn't need, amounting to almost €400 over the booking period. During booking, had to ring the Milano Centrale office 15 times to confirm I could drop the vehicle back later than the booking time. Drop off location was correct on the Noleggiare invoice, but incorrect on the Qeeq email and voucher. All in all a subpar experience and unlikely I would book again with Noleggiare, and would expect Qeeq to improve their communication on deposits required significantly.

The car was not cleaned properly, there's still sand & dust all over. The car drives just fine.

No issue.
