I was an out-of-state buyer who traveled 120 miles to Joseph Airport Toyota to purchase my 2024 Prius LE AWD in Supersonic Red. No other dealership in my home town of Indianapolis, the state of Indiana, or even the Chicago area was able to get the exact Prius I was looking for. First of all, kudos to Erin Weingart, the Internet Mgr. She responded to my online inquiry at the end of November. (3 months before we ever set foot in their dealership.) I must have communicated with 15 other dealerships, but Erin found the car we wanted. She kept in touch with me regularly until she found just the Prius I was looking for. One month later, she said there was a Prius "allocated" and she put my name on it, and sent me the details, pricing, etc. She said it should arrive by late February, which it did. Great job, Erin! Steve Ryherd was the salesperson who spent the whole morning with us on the day we bought the car. He made us feel special from the moment we drove up and saw our new car parked in the “marquee spot”, right in front of the main entrance. Due to the extreme shortages of the Prius in the past year, we were not able to even take a test drive before purchasing the car. But Steve went with us as we did our test drive last Saturday, and showed us all of the car’s features. Then he spent over an hour showing and explaining the infotainment system to us. He got our phones synced up. He made sure we downloaded the Toyota app, set up our navigation, and explained all the many things we could do with our new Prius. We’ve been buying Toyotas since 1994, but we’ve never had customer service this great! Jamie Gibson also did a great job in helping us with the purchase documents. He described the types of protection plans available. We were impressed with Jamie’s positive personality. Overall, it was a great feeling doing business with the folks at Joseph Airport Toyota!

This is our 3rd vehicle with Joseph Toyota that we've purchased with used car section with absolute satisfaction! My RAV4 needed a battery causing the AWD warning message. I was totally freaked out by it, speaking with Tom in to the shop and stating it was the battery and a new replacement would take care of this issue. Not only I got a battery, I got scheduled in for routine maintenance and a free car wash!
