QEEQ CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Car hadn't been cleaned inside, but we were in a rush with 2 kids desperate for bed so had to take it. Be careful with Budget's charges after return - twice they have tried to charge for fuel and after back-and-forth showing receipts they refund it.

Easy comparison and booking process.

The car was great in size, would have been better to have GPS, the vehicle wasn’t old but lacked in features, otherwise no issues

Everything was perfect. They delay a bit to answer on WhatsApp but all was good nonetheless

I have the feeling that because I didn't accepted any extras, that I ended up with the worst of the worst available car, even it was inside the same category booked. There were other car brands/models available on the category I booked, but I ended up with the keys of an AWFULL Kia Soul. Fortunately the lady in the garage allow me to choose another car from a lower category.

特にAutounion 自体に問題はありませんでした。問題はQEEQの資料に書いてあったAutounionの住所が間違っていたことです。車返却の為に早朝ナビの案内に従って行ったら、全く違う所に到着しました。そこにいたトラックの運転手に住所を見せたらここに間違いないという。QEEQに記載の住所が間違っていることが明確になり、私達は大変焦りました。帰国フライトは10:05で余裕なし。やむを得ず近くを走り回って偶然Autounionを見つけて事なきを得ました。但しこれはQEEQの問題でAutounionの問題ではないと思います。

Autounionの欄に書いたQEEQ資料の住所誤記以外は良かったと思います。Autounionの住所が間違っていますので、大至急調べて訂正して下さい。ナビがあっても住所が間違っていたら何の役にも立ちません。

Apart from trying to sell extras (insurance and toll road readers) everything went alright.

Every time we started the vehicle it came up with an alert, service required immediately.

The car we were given did have a several marks on it which had been registered already. Also it flashed up on the screen that the car was due a service and oil change!

Easy to book on QEEQ. Would recommend it to anyone

Automatic car not available despite having paid for an automatic. Were forced to take a manual car - fortunately I have a Manual Lhcence. No discount offered for inconvenience. Very disappointing. Meant my wife was not able to share the driving load with me.

The car was old - had done over 160,000 kms - and not in good condition.

The car was not full of petrol. So we ended up putting in more petrol than necessary.

1) I waited in line for a long time before meeting counter staff. There were at least 8 people before me, and there was only 1 counter staff serving the customers. 2) the shuttle from car rental terminal to Fox car rental was too small, it can only take few passengers with luggage’s. As a result, half of my family was left behind for the next shuttle. 3) after my car return, I would rather the shuttle drop us off at SFO instead of to the car rental complex (so that we don’t have to wait for the blue line to bring us to SFO.)

Excellent service of shuttle from and to airport, easy and fast on deck, car as I expected.

Car up graded as middle seat belt in back seat did not work.

Car rental experience was exceeded my expectations. There's a little bit of wait on the line to accommodate but reasonable when you are renting a car. The car is immediately available after the counter check-in.

I would like to suggest that all information should be disclosed to avoid the long wait on the line up in the counter.

Excellent service, no problems at all. Quick return of deposit.

Only downside were the queues to get to the booking counter.

The drop off location was different since the mentioned one is shifted and was delayed and budget charged one day more, MIT fair. Can I get a refund
